The 120-Minute Manual Override
Most of us are walking around in a state of "functional panic." We’re productive, we’re polite, and we’re vibrating at the frequency of a broken microwave. It’s time to stop manual-breathing your way through life. Join us for two hours of professional-grade exhaling designed for people who have way too much to do.
What’s the Plan?
The Remote Control (60 Mins): We start with the "Lego" of breathwork—practical, science-backed techniques to up-regulate and down-regulate your nervous system. Learn how to hit the gas pedal or the emergency brake in 60 seconds or less.
The Deep Cleanse (30 Mins): A session of Conscious Connected Breathing. By removing the pauses between breaths, we bypass the part of your brain making a To-Do list to find the "quiet" underneath the noise. It’s a bit glowy, a bit tingly, and a total system reboot.
The Re-Entry (30 Mins): A slow descent back to reality. We won't kick you out onto the street while you’re "oxygen-drunk"—we’ll ground, de-brief, and make sure you’re fit for human society again.
The Logistics
The Space: We have room for only 8 breathing humans. Once the spots are gone, they’re gone.
What to Bring: Just yourself and your baggage (emotional or literal). We provide the yoga mats; you just provide the lungs.
What to Wear: This is not the time for skinny jeans or structural blazers. Wear something that lets your diaphragm actually move.
The "Don’t Sue Us" Bit (Safety & Contraindications)
We’re playing with your internal chemistry here, which is mostly fun, but occasionally biological reality needs a word. Please check with a doctor or give us a heads-up if you have cardiovascular issues, glaucoma, a history of seizures/severe PTSD, or if you are currently growing a human (pregnancy). If you have asthma, bring your inhaler—it’s just very reasonable sense.
The Golden Rule: We’re here to find clarity, not to win a "who can pass out first" contest. Listen to your body.
A waiver form with a more detailed list of contraindications will be sent to and need to be signed by everyone who claims a space.

What does i-qi-coaching mean?
The i is the individual. The qi within the company name is pronounced chi.
In Mandarin this means breath or the life force, it is simply where we all begin our lives.
The practice and philosophy of the Tao te Ching (The Book of the Way) and the subsequent movements and exercises are guiding points in my life. The skills I have learnt through the above disciplines, I feel compelled to pass on. Even more so during these times when our minds are scattering at a moment’s notice.
We coach simple techniques which involve the breath, the mind and the body. These methodologies help achieve a balance for people to disentangle their minds and their bodies from the toxic stress, which many people are finding themselves continuously in.
